Regional premiere of THE HILL WHERE LIONESSES ROAR opened this year's Competition Programme - Feature Film
The Competition Programme - Feature Film of 27th Sarajevo Film Festival started tonight at 19:00 in the Sarajevo National Theater, with the regional premiere of a debut feature by Kosovar director Luàna Bajrami. The film had it's world premiere at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
In a small, remote village somewhere in Kosovo, three young women see their dreams and ambitions stifled. In their quest for independence, nothing can stop them. Time to let the lionesses roar.
