The Fourth Edition of CineLink Producers' Lab Gathers Seven Emerging Producers
The Sarajevo Film Festival is proud to announce the participants of the fourth edition of the CineLink Producers’ Lab, a talent development programme tailored for emerging producers and junior producers from Southeast Europe and the Southern Caucasus.
The 2025 edition welcomes seven promising producers who will take part in a curated programme of professional development, strategic mentoring, and peer exchange.

The CineLink Producers’ Lab supports early-career producers and junior producers in defining and strengthening their production identity, while building resilient strategies for working in today’s changing audiovisual environment. The programme addresses the shifting nature of independent production, with particular attention to new technologies, sustainable business models, and the evolving digital supply chain, especially in the context of streaming platforms.
Taking place in Sarajevo from 16 to 21 August, the Lab consists of lectures, case studies, one-on-one consultations, and group work guided by leading European industry professionals. The programme is designed to foster long-term collaboration, international exposure, and strategic thinking.
CineLink Industry Days, the industry section of the Sarajevo Film Festival, stands as a primary hub for film professionals in Southeast Europe. Its significance extends beyond the region, attracting professionals from across Europe who seek talent, co-production possibilities, and an in-depth understanding of the dynamic business development within this vibrant region. With its pivotal role in the expansion of cinematic co-productions, CineLink Industry Days has become an indispensable destination for industry players.
The 31st Sarajevo Film Festival will take place from August 15th to 22nd, 2025. The festival will bring together visionaries, filmmakers, and film enthusiasts alike, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration while showcasing the remarkable talent emerging from Southeast Europe and beyond.
