CineLink Industry Days continues to grow, thanks to the dedication of its partners and the trust of a film community committed to building the future of cinema together!
We proudly continue our mission of championing bold and original voices from the region through a comprehensive range of programmes dedicated to film development and post-production. From projects in early development to films nearing completion, CineLink provides a unique ecosystem that supports filmmakers at every stage of their creative journey.
At the heart of this ecosystem are the CineLink Awards, which offer vital financial and strategic support to help outstanding projects reach audiences around the world. This year's awards are made possible through the continued commitment of our partners and institutions, whose investment in emerging talent and international collaboration strengthens the future of regional cinema.

Remi Burah, Chief Executive Officer, ArteKino Productions
After working as a banker in the audiovisual sector in London and Paris, Remi Burah joined HAUT ET COURT as a partner, managing director and CEO of the communication agency, working there for 8 years. He joined ARTE in 2001 where he currently is CEO of the cinema coproduction branch and ArteKino Productions, a finance company initiated in 2004 through French tax system. He is President of ARTE Kino Endowment Fund started in 2016 to organize the ArteKino Festival, the first European film festival fully online. Since its founding, Arte France Cinema has been involved in more than 1.000 films and has worked together with over 400 different directors representing more than 60 different nationalities. The subsidiary policy focuses on talent renewal, efforts to boost European and world cinema, and steps to revitalize French cinema. Roughly speaking, co-production may be broken down into three categories: one-third first features, one-third French films, and one-third international joint ventur.
Sanja Jovanović, Film Center Montenegro
Sanja Jovanović, producer. Since April 2018, she has been employed at the Film Center of Montenegro, as a Head of Programmes and Policies, where she is focused on the implementation of the National Cinematography Development Program and the harmonization of programs and policies with European practice and regulations, as well as on research in the field of the film industry. She is the representative of Montenegro in EURIMAGES and the European Audiovisual Observatory. As an associate professor, she teaches Audiovisual Production at the Faculty of Design and Multimedia, University of Donja Gorica, Department of Film and Media. She is currently completing her doctoral thesis on the topic of female authorship in contemporary film.
Ada Solomon, Micro Film
Romanian film producer working in the film business for 30+ years and has credits on almost 100 films, including Golden Bear winners “Bad Luck Banging”, “Child Pose”, Venice Orizzonti & FIPRESCI winner “The New Year That Never Came” & European Film Academy winner & Oscar-nominated “Toni Erdmann”. Her carrier is inextricably linked to the one of Radu Jude with which she had made 20 films. She has worked with prestigious filmmakers as Cristian Nemescu, Ivana Mladenovic, Alexandru Solomon, Răzvan Rădulescu,Tomasz Wasilewski, Hana Jusic, Drago Sholev and contributed to debuts of many European Filmmakers like: Belgian Marta Bergman, Moldavan Olga Lucovnicova, Norwegian Emilie Blichfeldt, Italians Chiara Malta, Federico Bondi, Adriano Valerio, Romanians Anamaria Comănescu, Paul Negoescu, Alina Șerban, Seb Mihăilescu etc. She is the Chair of the Board of the European Film Academy, one of the initiators of the Pop-Up Residencies and a founding member of the Board of Romanian Alliance of Producers. Ada is the recipient of European Film Academy European Co-production Award – Prix Eurimages 2013, Central European Initiative Award 2018 in Trieste IFF, Underground Spirit of Europe Award 2021 in Palic IFF as well as Czech Producer’s Association World Excellence Award 2022 in Ji.hlava IFF & was listed by The Hollywood Reporter as one of the Top 40 Most Influential Women in Film Business.
Dominique Welinski, DW
Dominique Welinski (DW) is an independent producer and international film consultant with more than 20 years of experience in independent film distribution. For over a decade, she has been dedicated to connecting emerging filmmakers with the international film industry. She created the Factory program at Cannes’ Directors’ Fortnight, which she led from 2013 to 2025. In 2026, she launched its new iteration, Next Step Studio, in partnership with Next Step program at La Semaine de la Critique. Her work spans Europe, Asia, and South America.
Blerta Zeqiri, Kosovo Cinematography Center
Blerta Zeqiri is a Kosovar film director with over two decades of experience in the film industry. Since 2012, she has been a member of the European Film Academy, and she has been honored by the French state as a Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. Her films have traveled widely on the international festival circuit, earning recognition and awards along the way. Her short film Kthimi (The Return) was the first Kosovar film ever selected for the Sundance Film Festival—one of the world’s leading film festivals founded by Robert Redford—where it won the main award in 2012. Blerta also directed Kosovo’s first film to address LGBT rights. Her feature film Martesa (The Marriage) was warmly received by both international critics and local cinema audiences. In 2023, she was appointed Director of the Kosovo Cinematography Center for a four-year term, where she continues to work on supporting and promoting the country’s film industry.

Sergio Garcia, Eurimages
Sergio García de Leániz is Project Manager at Eurimages since 2012. He has managed over 150 projects, which include films such as Sentimental Value, by Joachim Trier, Fjord, by Cristian Mungiu, Fatherland by Pawel Pawlikowski, Romería, by Carla Simón, Triangle of Sadness, by Ruben Östlund and Another Round, by Thomas Vinterberg. In addition, he also manages the Eurimages Promotion Programme, which includes actions such as the Co-Production Development Awards and the New Lab Awards. Prior to that, he worked as an Executive Producer at Televisión Española, where he produced the TV-series Stamos Okupa2 featuring Carmen Maura and participated in the development of series such as Isabel, Victor Ros, Los Misterios de Laura, Gran Reserva, etc. Garcia de Leaniz worked in film companies in Spain and the US such as Star Line, Pentagrama and KWA. His producing credits include Vicente Aranda´s Carmen, Caminantes, by Fernando León de Aranoa and Ouka Leele´s Regard, by Rafael Gordon. In addition, he directed the feature documentary Weapons of Mass Addiction, selected in festivals such as Warsaw, Havana and Seminci. A Fulbright fellow with an M.F.A. in Screenwriting from Chapman University and EAVE Graduate, he holds a Business degree, earned an Audiovisual M.B.A. from the Instituto de Empresa and studied at the ECAM, Madrid Film School. He is a member of the Spanish Film Academy and a regular speaker and participant at film institutions (ACE, EAVE, ECAM, Atelier Ludwigsburg, La Fémis) and film committees (ICAA Spain, Grand Est France, Ukraine Institute).
Gabor Greiner, Films Boutique
After his studies of Cultural Management in Vienna, Birmingham and Chicago, Gabor GREINER worked as a journalist and film critic. In 2003, he moved to Brussels to take charge of the distribution support department of the MEDIA Program at the European Commission’s Film Fund. In 2009, Gabor became acquisitions executive at the international sales agent, The Match Factory. In August 2010, Gabor moved to Berlin to take over acquisitions of the French-German sales company, Films Boutique, winner of the Golden Bear in 2017 and 2020 and the Golden Lion in 2011 and 2016. Gabor is a member of the European Film Academy.
Tatjana Kozar, Versus Production
Born in Fria (Guinea) in 1981, Tatjana Kozar spent most of her childhood and school years between Serbia and France. After completing her studies in Brussels, she began working in film production while also curating programs in collaboration with various festivals and institutions. In 2008, following an internship at VERSUS PRODUCTION, she worked at SAVAGE FILM as line producer, where she oversaw a wide range of international projects for eight years. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as an associate producer in charge of international co-productions for a Belgian tax-shelter company, and later as producer at EKLEKTIK Productions. In 2020, she returned to her roots by joining the team at VERSUS PRODUCTION, this time as producer in charge of international co-productions—a role that perfectly combines her international experience with her commitment to defend artistically engaging projects.
Stefan Prohorov, Bulgarian National Film Center
Stefan Prohorov is the Bulgarian national representative at Eurimages and serves as Expert for International Relations at the Bulgarian National Film Centre, where he supports European co-productions and international collaboration. He is a cultural manager and film expert with a strong focus on audience development and arthouse cinema. Stefan has curated and promoted independent film as a programmer at Cinema House in Sofia and as a long-time member of the Sofia International Film Festival team.
CineLink Female Voices Award - supported by Slovenian Film Center and UN Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina €20,000
The CineLink Female Voices Award (€20,000) was conceived and launched with the Slovenian Film Centre to address the persistent shortfall of female perspectives in Southeast European cinema. It supports projects in development within the CineLink Co Production Market and CineLink Drama that are led by female producers or directors, offering them greater visibility and financial encouragement to bring their work to life. Recognizing that amplifying women's voices and stories is integral to advancing the Women, Peace and Security agenda and building inclusive, peaceful societies, the UN Women in Bosnia and Herzegovina joined in 2024 as a co-founder, with support from the UN Secretary-General’s Peacebuilding Fund (PBF) project "Women Lead the Way towards Peace and Security in Bosnia and Herzegovina", jointly implemented by UN Women, UNFPA, and IOM, in partnership with the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH.
Nataša Bučar, Slovenian Film Center
Nataša Bučar is the Managing Director of the Slovenian Film Center, a public agency of the Republic of Slovenia, a position she has held since 2016. She was reappointed for a second five-year term in December 2021, continuing her leadership of Slovenia's central film institution. Prior to this role, she managed the Ljubljana International Film Festival (LIFFe), the largest international film festival in Slovenia, and was responsible for film distribution activities at Cankarjev dom, an important cultural center and independent arthouse distributor. Her earlier professional experience includes serving as Director of the Festival of Slovenian Film, Assistant Director of the Slovenian Film Fund, and General Director of the Media Directorate at the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Slovenia. In 2016, she worked as a Marketing Expert at Kinodvor, Ljubljana’s leading arthouse cinema, before being appointed Managing Director of the Slovenian Film Center later that same year. She is a strong supporter of gender balance in the AV industry. Nataša Bučar is a member of the Board of EFAD (European Film Agency Directors Association) and a member of the European Film Academy (EFA). She is also a national representative of Slovenia in the Board of Eurimages.
Una Gunjak, Director
Born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Una studied in Italy and in the UK, where she obtained her MA in Editing at the National Film and TV School. While still working as editor, Una's current focus is writing and directing. In 2014, her short film The Chicken premiered at the Cannes Film Festival Critics' Week, won the European Film Award for Best Short Film and was selected in the International Competition of Sundance Film Festival. Excursion, Una’s first feature film had its world premiere at Locarno Film Festival, opening the Cineasti del Presente programme and taking home the Special Mention Award. It went on to screen at more than 50 festivals, winning awards for Best Actress at Marrakech International Film Festival and for Best Script at the Auteur Film Festival in Belgrade. It also secured distribution on 12 countries across Europe and the Mediterranean. In 2025, Una co-directed a TV Series Komar (created by Timur Makarevic) that was selected for Berlinale Series Market 2026. Una is currently preparing her sophomore project Melissa Blew a Fuse, already supported by Hubert Bals Fund, Europe Creative Media and Uniqa Female Filmmakers Support Programme. She is a Cannes Cinéfondation Residence and a NEXT STEP Critics ’Week alumna. Una works as editing consultant and tutor for First Cut Lab, the Dok Incubator and Jihlava Film Academy.
Radovan Sibrt, PINK
Radovan Síbrt is a Czech producer, director, and co-founder of the independent production company PINK. His credits include the Academy Award– and BAFTA-winning MR. NOBODY AGAINST PUTIN, the Berlinale Golden Bear winner TOUCH ME NOT and Berlinale Panorama opening documentary WHEN THE WAR COMES.

Petra Kader-Göbel, The Post Republic
Petra is a senior in-house producer at The Post Republic with 15+ years’ experience in cinema and high-end TV. Starting as an editor, she now manages complex post-production workflows, oversees diverse project teams, and ensures smooth schedules to meet tight deadlines.
Caroline Maleville, Directors' Fortnight – Cannes Film Festival
Caroline Maleville is graduated from University Paris 8 and La Fémis Cinema School with Master degrees. After various experiences in distribution and film institutions, she joined the French Cinematheque in 2005. As programming manager since 2009, she has been regularly organizing events dedicated to contemporary innovative filmmaking. Beyond her collaborations with the Locarno Film Festival, the FEMA La Rochelle and Entrevues in Belfort, she is also a member of several script reading committees all over France and for Arte France Cinéma. Since 2022 she’s also part of the selection committee of the Director’s Fortnight in Cannes.
Nashen Moodley, Sydney Film Festival
Nashen Moodley is in his fifteenth year as Festival Director of Sydney Film Festival. During his tenure, the festival has grown vastly. Moodley’s career in film programming has encompassed many leadership roles, including Manager at the Durban International Film Festival (2001–2011) and as a Programming Consultant for Dubai International Film Festival (2005–2017). During Moodley’s 11 years at Durban International Film Festival, he dramatically increased its content and reach. He has been a jury member at various film festivals worldwide including San Sebastian, Busan, Sarajevo, Toronto, Rotterdam, El Gouna, Durban and Tokyo film festivals. Born in South Africa in 1978, Moodley studied English and philosophy at the University of Natal and worked as a journalist before turning to film programming.
Anne-Cécile Rolland, Pyramide
Anne-Cécile Rolland is the head of acquisitions for France’s PYRAMIDE. French distributor, and international sales company, PYRAMIDE is one of France’s top indie distributors. Miscellanous genres, young directors, and more experienced talents and producers remain the main asset of the company, allowing Pyramide to grant audiences and buyers with a wide selection of high quality French and foreign films. Anne-Cécile Rolland was formerly the head of distribution at Pretty Pictures and Condor where she worked on titles including Haifaa Al Mansou’s Wadjda, Hany Abu-Assad’s Omar, Thomas Vinterberg’s The Hunt, Antoine Russbach’s Those Who Work and Debra Granik’s Winter’s Bone and Leave No Trace. She has also headed the Fiction Aid Fund for France’s Brittany Region for four years.
Ivo Skočić, HBO Max Europe
Ivo Skočić is a Senior Strategy Specialist for HBO Max EMEA Editorial and Merchandising, responsible for shaping how European local tentpole content reaches audiences across the continent. Focused on aligning global guidelines with local audience behaviour, his work ensures that major titles are driving maximum impact across diverse markets. He collaborates closely with international teams to shape how content is discovered and experienced by audiences across the region, contributing to the evolving landscape of European storytelling on a global stage.

TV Drama Vision Pitch Award
Cia Edström, TV Drama Vision
Cia Edström is Head of TV Drama Vision and Industry Relations at Göteborg Film Festival, where she leads TV Drama Vision, the festival's international conference and co-financing market for scripted series. She is also a member of the editorial team behind the annual Nostradamus Report, which she co-founded in 2013. Previously, she served as Head of Industry at Göteborg Film Festival (2005–2022), overseeing initiatives including the Nordic Film Market and TV Drama Vision while also working as a film programmer. Earlier in her career, she produced and developed content for film and cultural events.
Marianne Furevold, NRK
Marianne Furevold-Boland is the Head of Drama at NRK (the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation), where she leads a talented team in developing and producing a diverse range of scripted stories. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in several of NRK’s most acclaimed series, including Still Breathing, Powerplay, State of Happiness, Exit, So Long Marianne, A Better Man, and Requiem for Selina. She gained international recognition as the producer of the hit series SKAM, later overseeing its global journey as it was adapted in more than eight countries. With a background spanning roles as a producer, script consultant, writer, and presenter. She holds a degree in acting from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts - UK (LIPA).
Goran Stanković, This and That Production
Goran grew up in Serbia where he received his BA in film directing at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade. In 2014, he graduated with a Master’s Degree from the Directing Program at the American Film Institute (AFI) in Los Angeles and his thesis film WAY IN RYE was nominated for the Student Academy Award for Best Narrative Short. His undergraduate films WHO GUARDS THE GUARDIANS and OLD MOUNTAIN were selected for over 50 international festivals and won 17 awards. During his studies at AFI, he was awarded a scholarship from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association as well as the Franklin J. Schaffner Award for Directing. His first feature documentary, IN THE DARK, a story about Serbian miners, premiered at the prestigious IDFA 2014 festival in Amsterdam. He is one of the creators and directors of the series MORNING CHANGES EVERYTHING and the series OPERATION SABRE (in collaboration with Vladimir Tagić), which won the Interpretation Award at the Canneseries Festival 2024 and the Grand Prize at the Serial Killer Festival in Brno, as well as the Golden Maglonia Award in Shaghai. OPERATION SABRE, distributed by Beta Film, has been sold to over 15 territories, including ZDF, ARTE, and HBO. He directed 5 episodes of the series BAD BLOOD and most recently premiered his first feature film OUR FATHER at TIFF 2025.
