THE BELOVED at the Coca-Cola Open Air Cinema Tonight

Acclaimed film director Esteban Martínez is a legend, for his films as well as for a past marked by violence and excess.

As part of the Open Air program, Rodrigo Sorogoyen's film THE BELOVED will be screened tonight. The screening will take place at the Coca-Cola Open Air Cinema, starting at 8:30 pm. As a guest of the 32nd Sarajevo Film Festival, director Rodrigo Sorogoyen will hold a masterclass at the Bosnian Cultural Center (BKC) on Monday, August 17, starting at 10:00 am.

Acclaimed film director Esteban Martínez is a legend, for his films as well as for a past marked by violence and excess. For his new project, he offers his daughter Emilia a role under the pretext of helping with her stalled acting career. Living together on set will foster a closeness father and daughter have not shared for years — but it will also reopen old wounds that have never healed.
