Kamila Dohnalová, MAUR film - Producer & Co-owner

Kamila Dohnalová is an independent film producer, co-owner of Maurfilm and founder of Last Films. A graduate of Charles University and FAMU, she has produced over twenty short films, including two Oscar-shortlisted animated films by Jan Saska – Happy End and Hurikán – as well as the Sundance award-winning drama Peacock. Her work also includes Hello Summer, which has screened at more than 140 festivals and won over 25 awards, including the Young Audience Award at Annecy. Kamila is a member of the European Film Academy and an alumna of Berlinale Talents, EAVE Marketing Workshop, ASF Development Lab, and ANIDOX:LAB.

 

Gala Kebakoska, Other Stories - Producer

Gala Kebakoska holds a bachelor’s degree in Film Production from FAMU and is currently pursuing a master’s degree there. Since 2024, she has been working at Punk Film, where she contributed to the documentary Change My Mind. She also works as a junior producer at Other Stories, where she develops short animated, fiction, and documentary projects. Her focus is on international co-productions and collaborations with filmmakers from the Balkans. During her studies, she has worked in various production roles on feature fiction films, documentary projects and commercials.

 

Vojtěch Kočárník, Karlovy Vary International Film Festival - Programmer 

 

Since 2021, Vojtěch has been working for the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and in 2023 he became a programmer for feature films from Eastern Europe, Africa, and documentaries from around the world. He also works as an acquisition and marketing consultant for Artcam Films, an arthouse distribution company in Prague. In 2024, he became one of the advisors to the FAMU film school, where he co-develops the festival strategy for student films. From time to time, he contributes film texts to leading Czech media and is also a member of FIPRESCI.

 

Klára Mamojková, CLAW Films - Co-founder & Producer

Klára Mamojková is a Prague-based Czech film producer and FAMU graduate. Together with Wanda Kaprálová, she co-founded CLAW Films, an independent production company dedicated to bold auteur cinema at the crossroads of documentary, fiction, and genre filmmaking. The company focuses on urgent contemporary subjects and innovative hybrid forms that challenge conventional storytelling.  CLAW's films have premiered and screened at leading international festivals, including IFF Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary, Sydney, Shanghai, Palm Springs, Torino, and FIDMarseille. In 2026, the company's documentary If Pigeons Turned to Gold received the Berlinale Award for Best Documentary.  Driven by a passion for cinematic innovation, Mamojková develops projects that bridge festival arthouse and genre cinema, championing distinctive artistic voices while creating films with strong international appeal.

 

Natália Pavlove, Other Stories - Producer

Natália Pavlove is a Prague-based producer and the founder of Other Stories. She holds an MA in Producing from FAMU and an MA in International Relations and Management. Her short film, Czech-Lebanese-Qatari co-production Sea Salt by Leila Basma, premiered in the Official Orizzonti Competition at the 2023 Venice Biennale and went on to screen at over 50 international festivals, including Karlovy Vary IFF, or Santa Barbara IFF. She also produced the award-winning short Vinland, which screend at Karlovy Vary IFF or Cairo IFF, and for which she was nominated for the Czech National Film Awards. Her latest production, Dog and Wolf, premiered at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival and is currently touring international festivals such as POFF Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, SXSW, and Semana Internacional de Cine de Valladolid. Currently, Natália is developing a slate of international projects in collaboration with emerging directors and partners arounf the world. She is a winner of Czech Nationa lFilm Award, an alumna of IDFAcademy, EAVE Puentes, Rotterdm Lab and EURODOC.

 

Tomáš Pertold, Perfilm - Producer

Tomáš Pertold graduated from FAMU with a master's degree in production. He is a film producer and the founder of the production company Perfilm. His debut feature, March to May, premiered in the Proxima competition at the 58th KVIFF winning a Special Jury Mention, the Czech Film Critics Award, and two Czech Lion nominations (Best Film, Best Director). His short film Eighth Day premiered at the Festival de Cannes, and he recently released a documentary Because I Have To at the 60th KVIFF. Pertold is currently working on several feature films, including God Break the Door or In Good Faith. He also founded Dep.Art, a boutique talent agency representing leading Production & Costume Designers in film and commercials.

 

Rafaela Radojčić, Cineart TV Prague s.r.o. - Junior Producer

Rafaela Radojčić is a Junior Producer at Cineart TV Prague, where she works alongside producer Viktor Schwarcz and is currently part of the development team behind the feature film „Cripple beauty“. She has built a versatile production career spanning feature films, television series and commercials, having served as line producer, unit production manager and AD on titles including „Snake“ Gas, "Specialists“ and „Call my agent“ and much more. Her expertise covers budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation and international crew coordination, complemented by earlier experience in festival production for Prague Pride and the Queer Film Festival. She holds a degree in Production and Distribution of Audiovisual Art from the University of Performing Arts in Bratislava.

Hugo Rosak, Karlovy Vary International Film Festival - Head of Industry Programs

 

Hugo Rosák is Head of the Industry Programs at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (KVIFF), where he leads KVIFF Promises, a platform dedicated to showcasing film projects from Central and Eastern Europe in development or production. Each year, over 40 curated projects are introduced to international industry professionals. He is also the co-founder of KVIFF Talents, a talent accelerator supporting emerging filmmakers from the region. Beyond the festival, Hugo collaborates with several European development initiatives. He works with the Midpoint Institute’s Feature Launch, consults for the First Cut Lab editing program, and has worked as an expert for the European Commission. He is also Head of Development at Stairway Films, a Prague-based production company, and a member of the European Film Academy. Originally trained in international relations, innovation design and intercultural management, Hugo now channels his energy into championing ambitious, auteurdriven cinema. The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival is the leading film event in the Czech Republic and the most prestigious festival in Central and Eastern Europe. As one of the world’s oldest A-list festivals, it annually presents around 200 films and attracts top filmmakers, buyers, distributors, and journalists from around the globe. Its programming combines high-profile premieres with bold new voices, creating a space for both industry and the public to engage with contemporary world cinema.

Radovan Síbrt, PINK - Founder & Creative Producer

 

Radovan Síbrt is a Czech producer, director, and co-founder of the independent production company PINK. His credits include the Academy Award– and BAFTA-winning MR. NOBODY AGAINST PUTIN, the Berlinale Golden Bear winner TOUCH ME NOT and Berlinale Panorama opening documentary WHEN THE WAR COMES.

 

Wanda Kaprálová, CLAW Films – Producer

Wanda Kaprálová studied Film Theory and History at Masaryk University in Brno and later earned a degree in Film Production from FAMU. Since 2016, she has worked as a freelance professional across film production, distribution, and festivals. In 2020, she co-founded the production company CLAW films with Klára Mamojková. The company focuses on ambitious auteur-driven projects, primarily by emerging filmmakers, with an emphasis on contemporary social, environmental, and queer themes. Her most recent producing credits include the short fairy tale Orla (2026, directed by Marie Lukáčová, premiered at IFFR Rotterdam) and the feature documentary If Pigeons Turned to Gold (2026, directed by Pepa Lubojacki, premiered in the Forum section at the Berlin International Film Festival).

Hanka Kastelicová, Warner Bros Discovery – Executive producer

Hanka Kastelicová is the Vice President and Executive Producer of Documentaries for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) in Europe. Based in the Prague office, she oversees the development and production of HBO Originals documentary films and series in Central and Eastern Europe. The documentaries she co-produces provide deep insights into their subjects, create debates, offer different perspectives, and are daring, creative, and innovative.  Hanka earned a Master of Arts degree from the Faculty of Film and TV Documentary Department at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. She continued her professional career in Slovenia, where she worked for over 25 years as a documentary director and producer, with a portfolio of more than 100 documentaries. She joined HBO in 2012 as an executive producer for European documentary production. She has co-produced films that resonated with WBD viewers, achieved recognition at festivals, and garnered nominations and awards from local Film Academies and the European Film Academy. Notably, "Collective" by Alexander Nanau received two Oscar nominations. Additionally, "Pianoforte" by Jakub Piątek won an International Emmy Award. Hanka is also a board member of the European Film Academy (EFA).  As an experienced and dedicated documentary filmmaker, Hanka has lectured on documentary filmmaking and participated in the organization of master classes, industry seminars, and courses.
