Guillaume de Seille was born in 1968 in France. After writing and directing two award-winning short films, he worked for ten years in the cinema department of Canal+, where he dealt with presales of French and European films. He was also a commissioning editor for a number of years in the short film department of Canal+, and an artistic producer for the French public broadcaster France 2. De Seille is an EAVE graduate, and a member of the European Film, Academy, the Asia-Pacific Screen Academy, the César Academy and SPI, an international education organization, in France. He is the head of Arizona Productions, a Paris-based company that mainly produces art-house feature-length films directed by emerging non-French talents.
