Film ENTER THE VOID in the Meeting Point Cinema
The latest film by the controversial French director Gaspar Noé, ENTER THE VOID, has been screened on Friday (July 30) in the Meeting Point Cinema filled with people. Gaspar Noé, who came to Sarajevo for this occasion only, was also present at the screening.
This is, today already a cultic, author’s second visit to Sarajevo. First time, Gaspar Noé was the guest of the SFF 2004, when the retrospective of his films took place within the “Tribute to…” Programme.
Before that, more precisely in 1998, Gaspar Noé’s film I STAND ALONE was proclaimed the best film of the 4th Sarajevo Film Festival.
About Gaspar Noé’s latest film, the selector of the Panorama Programme wrote: “This film is more an orgy of style and formal workmanship”. Audience also had a chance to talk with the director within the Q&A, which took place after the screening of the film.
We bring you a piece of the atmosphere from the Meeting Point Cinema in photographs, which you can have a look at here.
