World Premiere Screening of the Film INSIDE AMERICA

On Thursday evening, Festival’s Red Carpet hosted the crew of the film INSIDE AMERICA, led by the young Austrian director Barbara Eder. This is the young Austrian director’s first feature film, which had its premiere screening in the National Theatre in Sarajevo tonight.

According the to Competition Programme – Feature Films selector, Elma Tataragić, this year’s debut films are at the same time raw and experimental, which gives the special quality to the selection of this year’s Programme.

The low-budget film INSIDE AMERICA represents a new trend in Austrian cinematography, where many filmmakers are making “credit-card” films outside their home country, but with very universal stories which could be set anywhere.
