Projects for Sarajevo Talent Campus Pack&Pitch 2010 Selected

Following the selection of the participants for the 4th Sarajevo Talent Campus, the participants have also been selected to take part in this year’s “STC Pack&Pitch” Programme, dedicated to young filmmakers from the countries of Southeast Europe.

Three-member jury consisting of Amra Bakšić Čamo, CineLink Manager, Kathi Bildhauer, Coordinator Berlinale Co-Production Market and Talent Project Market, and Carsten Spicher, Head of Archive of the International Film Festival Oberhausen, selected four participants for this year’s "Sarajevo Talent Campus Pack&Pitch" Project.

Selected projects for Sarajevo Talent Campus Pack&Pitch 2010 are:

• "Lonesome Springtime" by Ilinca Belciu (Romania)
• "Time Stands Still" by Tijana Petrović (Serbia)
• "I Will Call You Ada" by Monica Stan (Romania)
• "The Fourth Children" by Aldo Tardozzi (Croatia)

The aim of the “STC Pack&Pitch” Project is to teach young talents how to analyze and “package” their projects in order to prepare them for written and oral presentation.

After working with a pitching trainer, talents will get the chance to apply their knowledge in the pitching session in front of the audience, composed of experienced film professionals, guests of the Sarajevo Film Festival and participants of the CineLink Co-production Market.

The talents will also have the opportunity to find possible collaborators among ten young German producers, special guests of the Sarajevo Talent Campus (whose attendance is organized by the main STC partner – Robert Bosch Foundation), who will form a part of the audience together with experienced film professionals.

Furthermore, the talents will be encouraged to network with the established experts, which might help further development of their current projects – possible realization and subsequent distribution of films.
