Sarajevo City of Film: On the Set with THE TICKET COLLECTOR Film Crew

Shooting of the film under the working title THE TICKET COLLECTOR, has been continued on 17th and 18th of April, within the 2010 Sarajevo City of Film Programme. On this occasion we have interviewed Catalin Musat, the film director.

As put by Musat himself, film THE TICKET COLLECTOR brings a story about a ticket collector who is not satisfied with his own life and the job he has.

Asked about the idea for this film, the director said: "I participated in the Sarajevo Talent Campus last summer, and there I found out about the Sarajevo City of Film Competition. Then I went home and wrote a script especially for this competition. So I had in mind to write something that is going to be shot in Sarajevo in Bosnian language, but at the same time something that has a universal story."

Director also pointed out an excellent cooperation with the rest of the team in Sarajevo.

On importance of his participation at the 3rd Sarajevo Talent Campus, Musat said:  “Everything about the Sarajevo Talent Campus is just great for us beginners. For me it was a perfect experience, and I certainly couldn't ask for more.” 

Shooting of the film THE TICKET COLLECTOR is scheduled to be finished on Sunday, April 18th.
