MARIAN CRISAN
Director, Romania
Marian Crisan has directed several short and documentary films, for which he received a number of prestigious awards- among them the Palme d’Or for Best Short Film for the film MEGATRON. He has a degree on Film and TV Directing from the Bucharest Academy of Theatre and Film.
His first documentary, COMUNISMUM MOBILAE, also won him his first award – an award for best documentary from the Bucharest Cinemajubit Film Festival. The films that followed were HELP! LA MULTI ANI, FAMILY PORTRAIT, THE AMATEUR and the documentary LUNI/MONDAY.
His latest work, MEGATRON, received the Palme d’Or Award for Best Short Film at the 2008 Cannes Film Festival, as well as the Best Short Film Award at the Stockholm Film Festival. The film was screed at more that forty film festivals. 
HANNAH MCGILL
Artistic Director, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Scotland
After a degree in English Literature, Film Studies and Television from Glasgow University, Hannah McGill began to work as a columnist and critic for several prominent magazines. She has written for The Scotsman, The Herald, The Times, Uncut, Time Out, Art Review and The Guardian. She is also the author of several short dramas that were broadcast on BBC’s Radio 4. She currently teaches Film Journalism at the University of Glasgow.
In September 2006, she was named Artistic Director of the Edinburgh Film Festival, and has since then taken part in juries at many world festival e.g. the Copenhagen DOX Documentary Festival, the Morelia International Film Festival and the BigPond Adelaide Film Festival. 
IGOR STANKOVIĆ
Founder and director of the MCF MegaCom Film Distributin Company, Serbia
Along with managing one of the most successful film distribution companies in the region of former Yugoslavia, Igor Stanković is also at the helm of two renowned film festivals, the Festival of Author Film and the Kids Fest Children’s Festival. Some of the films for which MCF has purchased screening rights include some of the most recent and most awarded films: THE CLASS, last year’s Palme d’Or winner, LORNA’S SILENCE, THREE MONKEYS, WALTZ WITH BASHIR, HUNGER, SNOW, MILK OF SORROW, GIGANTE...Through MCF, Stanković works actively on producing feature and documentary films, provides support for film festivals in the region through production and film editing, DVD publishing, TV and VoD distribution, thus promoting independent film.
