About Documentary Rough Cut Boutique

 

DOCU Rough Cut Boutique is a new promising platform for documentary film makers from the region, who reached the phase of post-production and need expert advices and support in order to accomplish their productions.

 

This initiative of Sarajevo Film Festival, whose documentary competition and the Docu Corner segment are remarkably growing, started in 2011 in collaboration with Balkan Documentary Center.  DOCU Rough Cut Boutique is a unique workshop for the documentary makers from the region and offers them tailor-made expert coaching and many opportunities for networking with the film industry and access to decision-makers that can have crucial influence on moving the projects forward in their final stage.

 

The workshop puts together filmmakers of 5 promising projects at rough cut stage with top documentary experts from the world to work together during 11 intensive sessions.
