Reservation and registration of your Golden Card - Be a Friend can be directly filled in on our web page. In order to do that - you would need to fill a form with all necessary data on the following link:: www.sff.ba/golden
*Sarajevo Film Festival holds the right and has the possibility of non-issuing cards to all registered persons

Rules and regulations

Rules and regulations for Golden Card – Be a Friend holders:

  1. Working hours of contact person for Golden Card holders is every day from 9:00 - 17:00.
  2. During the Festival working hours of contact person for Golden Card holders will be every day from 8:30 - 22:30
  3. All additional requests of Golden Card holders, which are sent to contact person will be solved by the organizer, not the contact person.
  4. Collection of all Golden Cards, tickets and invitations is done only at the special desk in the main Box Office of Sarajevo Film Festival in accordance with working hours.
  5. Golden Card holders can take over their cards only after full payment is made.
  6. If holder looses or misuses the Golden Card, organizer will not issue a new card.
  7. Every Golden Card holder must obey rules of behavior of Sarajevo Film Festival, ethical and moral norms, all in the way of common business behavior.
  8. Organizer of the Festival holds the right and has the possibility of non-issuing Golden Card to all registered persons.
  9. Every misuse of the Golden Card will be punished in the accordance to festival regulations.
  10. By registering paying and collecting the Golden Card, every holder accepts the rules and general terms of using, above stated.
